Simply because my cauli-oats were BEGGING for some company at 3PM snack time! (They were lonely) Plus you know how CRUCIAL this nibble is in our daily meal planning schedule! Let’s just say without a solid & filling snack, dinner portions become uncharted territory which is something none of ever need. Noway!
1 cup quick oats
1/2 cup almond flour
1/3 cup favorite nut butter
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup ground flax seed
2 TB chia seeds
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1/3 cup dark chocolate chunks
1.)Preheat oven to 375 degrees & line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2.)Whisk together all wet ingredients and then mix in dry.
3.)Using a mini ice cream scooper or tablespoon distribute batter & form cookies. If sticky spray hands with a little cooking spray first.
4.)Bake in oven 10-12 minutes & let cool! ENJOY!
